Massage therapy is the manipulation of the body's soft tissues in order to benefit the client. The purpose of massage is generally for the treatment of body pain and tension. I specialize in light to moderate pressure. I DO NOT PROVIDE DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE.

Amy studied Massage Therapy at Fleming College in Peterborough and is originally from Port Perry, Ontario. She has been a Registered Massage Therapist since October 2019.

Now offering prenatal massage

Amy provides light to moderate pressure massages.
